Warranty & Support Your Post-Handover Assurance Your peace of mind is paramount, which is why we've put clear measures in place following your conversion's handover. Initial Inspection Period: You have a 14-calendar-day window from the handover date to notify us of any "snags" or issues directly related to the conversion work we've completed. Please contact us immediately if you discover any concerns during this period. Conversion Build Warranty: We provide a comprehensive 1-year warranty on the structural integrity and workmanship of the custom-built conversion components, starting from the handover date. This warranty specifically covers defects arising from our installation and the materials we've used. Warranty Exclusions & Misuse: Please be aware that this warranty will be void if the vehicle has been operated beyond its intended working capabilities or subjected to misuse. This includes, but is not limited to, extensive off-road use, driving through deep water, or any other actions that place undue stress on the conversion components. The warranty also specifically excludes damage to furniture, cabinetry, or interior finishes resulting from misuse (e.g., excessive force, impacts, improper cleaning). Furthermore, it does not cover damage caused by moisture, such as not drying surfaces thoroughly after use (e.g., after cooking or washing), or water ingress due to the vehicle being left exposed to rain or other adverse weather conditions. We reserve the right to void the warranty if the van is mistreated or used above its capabilities. Appliance Manufacturer's Warranty: All individual appliances installed in your conversion (such as the fridge, hob, and heater) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. Please refer to the specific appliance manuals provided for their terms and conditions. We highly recommend registering your appliances with the manufacturers where applicable to ensure you benefit from their full coverage.
