Initial Assessment

It's time to get into the fun details! We'll start by defining your power strategy (on-grid, off-grid, or a hybrid). Then, we'll choose the best materials for durability and style, from flooring to insulation. Next, we'll plan your layout to optimize every inch of space, whether you want a fixed bed or a flexible living area. Finally, we'll integrate all the essential amenities like cooking facilities, a shower, heating, and Wi-Fi to make your conversion feel like home.

Scheduling
Our next step will be to walk you through the build times and schedule. This will include a clear breakdown of each phase of the conversion, giving you a precise timeline, and culminate in an estimated finish date for your new adventure vehicle.

Estimating & Budgeting
We'll present a comprehensive budget and estimate, providing complete financial clarity. This will detail costs for everything from the base vehicle (if sourcing) and major system components (electrical, plumbing, heating) to all materials, appliances, labour, and even those crucial miscellaneous expenses like certifications and safety equipment. Our aim is to ensure you have a full, transparent understanding of your investment.

It's also the point where any minor, previously agreed-upon changes are integrated and all design elements are officially finalised, ensuring a seamless and complete build. From this point, no further design alterations can be accommodated as we move towards the final testing and handover.

Completion Report
Upon completion, you'll receive your comprehensive Conversion Completion Report, detailing every aspect of your new sporthome. This includes a full breakdown of any agreed-upon extras that were added during the build, clearly itemized with their respective costing. This ensures complete transparency and a thorough understanding of your final, bespoke conversion.

Handover
The exciting moment you take possession. We'll conduct a comprehensive run-through of all fixtures and fittings, demonstrating how everything operates – from appliances and water systems to lighting and unique features – ensuring you're fully confident and ready for your first adventure.

Warranty
You'll then receive your warranty and terms and conditions documents, providing complete peace of mind and clarity on your investment. We'll also provide a helpful FAQ sheet dedicated to caring for your new conversion, offering essential tips to keep it in top condition for years to come.
